  • How will I get in contact with your team in regards to my social media?

    Each client has a dedicated social media account manager who is available anytime during our normal work hours! We create a group chat with your team, your account manager and another member of management from our team. We are a small business who prides ourselves in feeling like an extension of your team, rather than a big business who treats you like a number, so you can expect a response from our team within 15 minutes!

  • How many new followers will I get working with you?

    If anyone says they can guarantee you followers, they’re either 1. Lying to you, run. or 2. Buying fake followers. The truth is, there is never a guarantee of followers.

    We like to think of social media as your online portfolio, where we focus on curating your perfect page so when someone visits your page they are more likely to book an appointment.

    Although we don’t guarantee followers, we do see all of our clients consistently grow month over month.

  • How soon can we get started?

    This depends if we have a waitlist! It can be as soo as two weeks from our initial conversation to a month. Get in touch with us for an exact start date.

  • What can I expect when working with you?

    You can expect to have more time to focus on running your practice! We will handle your social media from A-Z, so you don’t have to! We have a super high retention rates and have many clients who have been with us for 3,4 years!

  • How do you maintain brand identity amongst all your clients?

    A part of our on boarding process is getting an idea of your vision and style, during our first couple of weeks we work on curating the perfect feed for you, with your branding included! And we are very diligent to not copy the same style of content for our different clients.
